This Platinum Series Convection Oven is a half-size gas (Natural Gas), double deck, standard cavity depth, 60,000 BTU of power, with touch screen controls and dependent doors. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard depth ovens accommodate one full-size (18″ x 26″) sheet pan per oven rack from left to right in the oven.
